Striping & Asphalt Paving

Parking Lot Striping & Signage

There is no better way to brighten your parking lot than giving it a fresh, new striping.

The bright yellow, white, and handicap blue, make the parking lot “POP”

Visible striping, signage, arrows, speed bumps, etc. are also important to the overall safety and traffic flow of the parking lot.

At MML, we use Sherwin Williams Hotline Paint, which is the best in the industry and use Graco Line Laser machines to apply the lines to make sure parking stalls, lines, etc. come out perfectly straight.

Asphalt Patching and/or Paving

Sooner or later asphalt will get to a point where more action is needed than preventative maintenance practices, such as sealcoating, crack sealing, ect. won’t cut it anymore. The next step is to asphalt patch a certain impacted area or re-pave an entire driveway or parking lot.

There are many different options that we can recommend for our residential and commercial clients that will fit in their budget. For commercial clients, we do a full analysis of the asphalt and depending on budget, determine where money will be best spent for the most “bang for your buck.”

Contact MML for a free consultation. We will walk the property and help identify areas where asphalt patching or paving is necessary and where less expensive options, such as crack sealing and sealcoating are appropriate compared to reconstruction.
